Will I have a Deposit and if so is it
Refundable? Yes, we do have a deposit of $50.00 and it is
refundable with a 14 day written notice (and no damage to unit). Your
deposit can be used to pay for rent due, if you are using your space for
the first couple of days of the month. So you will not have to pay a
full month’s rent when you’re only going to be using it for a couple of
days. We will pro-rate your rent moving in and out. Tip
: Some
other storage companies don't charge a deposit, but if you vacate during
the month, they keep the balance of your storage rent for that month. Yes, $10.00(one-time non-refundable) this is
standard, but could be higher. 7 days a week from 7 am. to 9 pm. We can also
adjust the gate access on move-in days to help you get moved in. Monday -Friday 9am to 5pm Saturday - Sunday 9am to 4pm
What if I can't get into the office during
regular hours? Since our managers live on site, you would need to
set an appointment with them for after hour rentals.
Do you have an automatic payment plan? Yes, we do - We call it "guarantee no late fees".
Payments are made on the 4th of each month (dates can vary) on your
credit or debit card, at no extra cost. We can even email you a
receipt. Tip
: You can even pay by credit card at the gate
entrance if you don't want to do it automatically.
Do I have to bring my own lock or do you furnish
them? You will need to furnish your own lock. We do have
locks and all your moving box needs in our store for your convenience at
a very reasonable price. We require a
14 day notice in writing
- mail, email, fax or form at our store.
When you are finished we request that our unit be broom clean and please
stop by store to let us know that you have completed your move, so we
can process your move out to get your refund to you as soon as possible.
How do I change my address with you? Due to the change of address becoming a part of
your lease agreement and it is a legal contract, we need to have change
of addresses in writing only..
Can I get a larger size or smaller size if my
storage needs change? Certainly, we will try and locate the closest size
that will fit your new needs to your vacating unit. We can give you a
couple of days to make the change of units and all deposits and monies
will be transferred to your new unit (no vacate notice needed). We have
